Erin Heist is a songwriter, folk musician, and fundraising consultant specializing in grant strategy for nonprofits in Alaska and Washington. She is a lifelong Southeast Alaskan and has spent many years volunteering and producing events for local organizations, including the Alaska Folk Festival and the Juneau Rollergirls. Erin is a 2025 Connie Boochever Fellow and received the 2025 Kathy Kolkhorst Ruddy Award for Innovation in the Arts. She brings to the JAHC board a deep appreciation for the role that the arts play in community identity, wellness, success, and joy.
