Welcome to the Juneau Arts & Humanities Council Box Office! Click the button below to purchase tickets online. Tickets can also be purchased in person by visiting the Juneau Arts & Culture Center (located at 350 Whittier Street) or by calling (907) 586-2787. 

Ticketing Fees 

Our ticketing platform requires a per ticket fee for every ticket sold. A portion of the per ticket fee you pay covers this cost, the remaining portion helps support the ticketing service we offer to the community.

How to Find Your Tickets

Your tickets should arrive via email with your confirmation email to your inbox immediately after your purchase. If you don't see this in your inbox, please check your spam folder, as they can often end up there, especially for first-time ticket buyers. If you still can't find your tickets, please call us.

JAHC Ticketing Service Update

Dear Community User Groups, Businesses, and Patrons,

Effective May 1, 2026, our ticketing service fee structure has changed.

Changes include the following: a small increase in the base setup fee plus additional tiered costs that vary depending on the type of event you are planning. The per ticket fee will increase to $3. In addition, there will now be an administrative fee of 4% subtracted from ticket sales. These changes are necessary for the continued operation of our community ticketing service. Please read through the fully updated fee structure below, and contact us with any questions.

How the JAHC Ticketing Service Works

As a service to the community, the Arts Council provides ticketing services for local non-profit organizations and businesses. Your patrons can purchase tickets online, in person at the JACC, or by calling (907) 586-2787. The fee structure for use of our ticketing service is detailed below. If you would like to sell your tickets through our platform, please fill out the form located at the bottom of the page.

Ticketing Service Fee Structure

Base Setup Fee:

  • $25 per event (required for all events)

Additional Event Costs:

  • One-time / single performance event: +$10
  • Multiple performance event (series): +$25
  • Basic seating chart (general seating sections): +$25

Complex seating charts - varied fee:

  • Simple reserved seating: $50–$150
  • Moderate: $150–$300
  • Complex (tables, multiple price tiers, holds): $300–$750

(Examples: Reserved tables, cabaret-style layouts, stage with reserved seating, venues requiring more than one map, customized maps, multi-sectioned venues, special configurations). 

Additional Ticketing and Admin Fees:

  • $3 ticketing fee per ticket (may be passed on to patrons or absorbed by the organization)
  • 4% admin fee (subtracted from ticket revenue)

Summary of Fees

You pay:

  • Applicable set up fees + 4% admin fee

Patrons pay:

  • 4% processing fee on credit card transactions
  • $3 ticketing fee per ticket

Payout information

  • Final payout will be issued approximately 3-4 weeks after your event.
  • Payments are made via check, mailed to the address provided.
  • Your payout will include total ticket revenue less the applicable setup fees and 4% admin fee.
