Neilg̱áa Koogéi (Taija) Revels is currently the Executive Director of the Goldbelt Heritage Foundation. She has more than 20 years of experience working with tribal and nonprofit organizations and has served on multiple local, state, and national boards. She is Yanwaasháa of the Kaagwaantaan Clan and belongs to the G̱ooch Hít clan house. Creatively, Neilg̱aa Koogéi is involved with traditional song and dance as a co-leader of Eagle Raven Dancers, makes Lingít regalia, and teaches beaded flatwork. She received her Master’s degree from Columbia University.
