Dear Artists, It’s that time of the year again! Rasmuson Foundation is accepting applications for the 2017 Individual Artist Award program. Jeff Baird and Sharity Sommer will be hosting a workshop from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24th at the Juneau Arts and Humanities Council, 350 Whittier St.
