3/17/20 UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19 AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS: Both the Juneau Arts & Culture Center & Centennial Hall are closing for public and private use through March 31,2020. The Board & Staff will re-evaluate this timeline and any potential additional closures at the end of March. Event planners may continue to submit rental applications through the form below for any events occurring after April 1, 2020. Staff will not be answering phones, but are available via email while they telework from home:

The JACC is a wonderfully flexible, welcoming, and accommodating venue for all sorts of events from formal to casual. Have a birthday bash, have a ball, have a summit on global issues. The facility is open for the WHOLE community to use.

Centennial Hall offers multiple options for large and small events, meetings, and conferences, from big productions like the annual Wearable Art Extravaganza to small private parties.

Call 907 586-5283 to get information and to set up your rental in either or both facilities.

How to book your event at the JACC

  • Check the Rental Rates    (2016-17 rates still apply)
  • Check the Calendar to see if your date is available
    Note that pending rentals will not show on this confirmed rental calendar - call 586-5283 to be sure
  • Complete the online Rental Application.
  • The Rental Coordinator will contact you within 3 days with a contract and initial invoice.
  • Sign and return your contract, with ⅓ of rental cost as a deposit to confirm your rental.
    Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions, including details about deposits/refunds and food/beverages
  • We must receive your signed rental contract and deposit no later than than 15 days prior to your event, unless otherwise noted.
  • Complete a floor plan no later than 2 weeks prior to your event.

  • Complete the online Rental Application.
  • The Rental Coordinator will contact you within 3 days with a contract and initial invoice.
  • Sign and return your contract, with ⅓ of rental cost as a deposit to confirm your rental.

  • You will work with the Hall Manager and Technical Manager to draw up the plans and specify your technical needs.
