WHAT A BLAST! January’s Stress-Free Art Night was fun, friendly, and fabulous!
On Wednesday, January 18th from 5:30-7:30pm, the Juneau Arts & Humanities Council (JAHC) hosted the third Stress-Free Art Night. The Juneau Arts & Culture Center was hopping, and the JAHC staff loved seeing our some of our regulars, and meeting new people, too. Thank you to everyone who showed up, donated, and painted their hearts out last night. We have so many creative people in the Juneau community, and we just had to share some of the highlights from this Stress-Free Art Night. While some people decided to keep their paintings, others chose to donate their creations to the Free Little Art Gallery (FLAG) at the Juneau-Douglas City Museum. The donated paintings will be distributed at the FLAG throughout the next few weeks. Head over the the Free Little Art Gallery in a week or two, take a peek, and maybe you’ll find a new treasure for yourself.
Save the Date for the next Stress-Free Art Night on February 24, 2023 from 5:30-7:30pm.
We’ll announce a theme for the next art night as soon as possible! In the meantime, if you’d like to keep updated on what the JAHC is doing and get information on our future events and programs, you can find us on social media.
